Recalls
You can use PROGRESSION to
immediately enter Recall or Follow-up appointments for the
patient. Both automatically will be entered into the PARADIGM
Appointment Scheduling System. Recalls are used to send reminder
cards to patients to schedule future appointments, such as for
an annual physical. Follow-ups are used when you need to see the
patient back shortly. This sends a message to your office staff
that the patient needs an appointment made immediately. This
message will appear any time the patient is accessed on the
PARADIGM system until the Follow-up is made. You also can also
schedule immediate walk-in appointments for a patient.
