Training
Training is a must to get the most
out of your system. QRS offer several training options for your
practice. You may take advantage of any and all of the options
presented.
At QRS
QRS has its own state of the art training facility located
at our offices in Knoxville, Tennessee. We offer classes each
month on our software products free of charge to anyone under a
Software Support agreement. These classes are great for new
employees to give them a complete overview of the QRS product
they will be using. If traveling to Knoxville is not possible
for your staff, they may join one of our training sessions over
the internet.
Over the Phone / Internet
We provide specific training directed toward your needs over
the Phone / Internet. This method of training gives your staff a
one-on-one dialog with a trainer to address specific needs of
your practice.
On site
On site training allows us to send a trainer to your site to
train your personnel in your environment. This training is very
helpful when first going live on a QRS system. This training is
tailored to your practice and your needs.
