Billing
The PARADIGM system streamlines
the billing operation. With our single screen concept, you have
the ability to post charges, payments, adjustments, as well as
messages and notes to an encounter. From this one screen, you
may find an account by patient, policy, guarantor, or
appointment information. You can display account summaries
either by patient or guarantor, and even search within an
account for specific transactions, such as a check number.
Because all review and posting is
done from one place, it greatly speeds up the process and makes
learning the system much easier.
By simply hovering over an area,
additional information such as extended patient information,
collection notes, and insurance policy information will display
in a popup. A simple click will pull the appropriate information
up and have it at your finger tips for quick editing.
