ODBC Connectivity
Open Database Connectivity (ODBC)
provides a standard software API method for using database
management systems (DBMS). The designers of ODBC aimed to make
it independent of programming languages, database systems, and
operating systems. We offer ODBC drivers for the Windows
operating system for access to PARADIGM data. With ODBC, you may
use your familiar windows applications, such as Microsoft’s
Word, Excel, Access, and Crystal Reports to query and report on
information. These tools allow you to answer those all important
“what if?” questions as well as visualize data in whatever
format you like.
